Packages won't solve Kashmir's issues: Omar Abdullah

Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah today criticized the Rs.80,000 crore package announced for the state by Prime Minister Narendra Modi by saying that such grants have never solved Kashmir's issues.
