Pakistani troops resorted to heavy overnight shelling in Poonch and Balakot sectors of Jammu and Kashmir. The firing started in Poonch at 9 pm and continued till four in the morning, while in Balakot sector it began at 9.15 pm and lasted till 1.30 am.
