In Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a rally on Sunday. While addressing the crowd at the rally, Kejriwal attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his leadership and called the Centre`s ordinance on control over administrative services in the national capital as “dictatorship". On May 19th, an ordinance was issued by the Centre to set up a National Capital Civil Service Authority, bringing back executive control over matters related to services to its domain. Kejriwal embarked on a nationwide tour from May 23rd to seek support from the Opposition parties against the Ordinance.
