Ukraine strikes Russian oil refinery more than 1,600 km from border

Ukraine's military hit a Russian oil refinery in the city of Perm overnight, more than 1600 km from the Ukrainian border, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Friday, adding that it also strike the Marinovka military air base in the Volgograd region.
