The delegation discussed the ongoing challenges in Jammu and Kashmir, linking the resurgence of terror activities to the region’s recent positive developments and progress

Strategic affairs experts in South Korea stated that India’s response to the Pahalgam terror attack was appropriate and expressed confidence that the visiting delegation would help project a stronger, renewed image of India globally

This diplomatic initiative is among the several initiatives launched by the Modi government as part of a coordinated campaign after Operation Sindoor, aimed at informing global partners about Pakistan’s ties to terrorism and reinforcing India’s zero-tolerance stance

MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, leading a multi-party delegation, said Operation Sindoor, launched on May 7 in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people, targeted terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, eliminating over 100 terrorists from groups such as Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen

The Indian Ambassador to South Korea, Amit Kumar, stated that there is increasing awareness in South Korea about the need for free countries and democracies to unite against terrorism
