Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini, who is furious with Carlos Tevez for his refusal to play against Bayern Munich, was once banned for six weeks during his playing days for the Argentineian-style bust-up.

While at Sampdoria, Mancini walked off the pitch when he was not awarded a penalty against Inter Milan.
