It is learnt that Sachin Tendulkar, unbeaten on 107, insisted there should be no celebrations after getting to his 50th Test century yesterday. The Indian team will leave for Sun City on Tuesday and celebrate the little master's feat over there since the first Test match against South Africa is still underway.

India were 454 for eight, trailing by 30 runs, before rain ended Day Four of the first Test against South Africa at SuperSport Park here yesterday. After finishing a lengthy press conference, Tendulkar walked through the president's suite, met Cricket South Africa officials and other people working at the stadium. He spent one-on-one time with each of them and also obliged them by posing for pictures.

He reached the dressing room to find that everyone had already left for the team hotel in Johannesburg. Plenty of fans were waiting for him outside the dressing room and thrilled them by signing some more autographs.

Following that, he went to the team bus to find that only teammate Rahul Dravid was waiting. It was truly an emotional moment for Tendulkar. Only Tendulkar, Dravid, and the two team managers boarded the bus back to the team hotel.
