Winning the 2000 Guineas astride Sprint Star at the Mysore racetrack on Friday must have done immense good to jockey Malesh Narredu's state of mind; and the ace jockey, who was desperately groping for form at home track Pune, is likely to show it up in the Nirmal Ruia Gold Trophy, the main event of the Saturday card. Diego Rivera, with Narredu in saddle, is tipped to win from Juventus.
