"Warne has come to train with the boys in previous tournaments too and the team management thought they could use his help again this time," said member of the Australian team. Warne arrived at the nets and went straight up to Clarke.

A few minutes later, he rolled his once golden leg-spinning arm over and caught most of the batsmen including Clarke, James Faulkner, Aaron Finch and Shane Watson off-guard with his traditional leg-spinners, the flipper and the occasional wrong one.

After the hour-long session, Clarke accompanied his special guest back out through the nets and into the parking lot from where he drove off. Warne was a part of Australia's 1999 World Cup-winning team.
