India won the toss and elected to bowl first against the West Indies in the fourth T20 match at Hyderabad. India lead the series 2-1 and could seal the trophy with a win against the visitors tonight.

After winning the toss, Shreyas Iyer was happy to bowl first. The Indian skipper said that his players are confident going into the game before confirming that the hosts will play with the same team.

"We are going to bowl first. We have a fair idea about how it's playing in the first innings. So based on that, we took this decision. This is going to be a decisive game for us, and we have to be in that frame of mind where we can't get complacent because we know how disruptive the West Indies team are. They've got a power-packed lineup until number nine. So putting these thoughts all in mind and going forward, I feel that we need to be in a strong headspace and see to it that we are winning each session. We're going with the same team." Iyer said.

West Indies captain Shai Hope admitted that he would have bowled first too had he won the toss. Hope further added that his team were looking forward to the challenge to tie the series 2-2 going into the final match.

"We would have fielded as well. It's a must-win game, so we need to pull this one back. We need to give a foundation, just being clear about how we want to go. We have to wait and see, looks good. Needs to be open-minded. Two changes for us - Pooran is out. Jewel Andrew comes in for his first game on the tour and (Romario) Shepherd comes back for (Quentin) Sampson." Hope said.

Playing XI for both teams:

West Indies (Playing XI): Shai Hope(w/c), Jewel Andrew, Shimron Hetmyer, Rovman Powell, Sherfane Rutherford, Romario Shepherd, Roston Chase, Keemo Paul, Shamar Springer, Gudakesh Motie, Shamar Joseph
