India 'A' beat WI 'A' by 108 runs

Maharashtra left-arm spinner Akshay Darekar took a four-wicket haul to help India 'A' beat West Indies 'A' by 108 runs in the second one-day and level the three-match series.


Chasing a paltry 185 for victory on Friday, the West Indies ‘A' never recovered from the loss of two wickets in the first over and were bundled out for 76 off 27.1 overs at the National Stadium.

They were undermined Darekar, who claimed four for 16 while pacers Ashok Dinda (2-4) and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (2-18), along with off-spinner Jalaj Saxena (2-23) all finished with two wickets apiece.u00a0
