In the IPL 2026 match against Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Gujarat Titans (GT) have reached the score of 111 runs without losing any wickets in 10 overs at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Having been put to bat first, GT's captain Shubman Gill has already completed his half-century and is going strong against Chennai's bowlers. Fellow opening batsman Sai Sudharsan has been showcasing a sensible batting display.

Chennai's Mukesh Choudhary, Spencer Johnson, Gurjapneet Singh, Noor Ahmad, Shivam Dube, and Anshul Kamboj are yet to claim their first wicket.

Earlier, Chennai's skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad won the toss and elected to bowl first against Gujarat in Ahmedabad.

CSK's Akeal Hosein missed out on the clash, and Gurjapneet Singh came in. Prashant Veer also made way for Matt Short.

On the other hand, GT's Prasidh Krishna came in place of Sai Kishore.

After winning the toss, CSK's skipper Gaikwad said, "We're gonna bowl first. Obviously there is some pace and bounce in the pitch and we want to exploit it early on. So that's the only reason we are bowling first. (What is the team combination?) We've got a couple of changes. Obviously, according to the conditions, Akeal misses out unfortunately. And Gurjapneet comes in. And we got Matt Short playing in place of Prashant Veer. (How have you regrouped for this important clash?) Well, it is about keeping it simple and trusting the process. I think even the last game we gave a good fight and obviously didn't get the result that we wanted, but it is all about coming up and turning up and getting that W at the end of the day. But obviously, there are a lot of things that unfold and we want to make sure that we keep it really simple and turn it up today".
