Sunrisers Hyderabad's debutant pacer Praful Hinge's father Prakash revealed that words of encouragement from Australia pace great Glenn McGrath during a training session Down Under helped his son, who delivered an impressive 4-34 in SRH's 57-run win over Rajasthan Royals in Hyderabad on Monday.
"After suffering a stress injury in his back two years ago, Praful was helped by the MRF Pace Foundation in Chennai, where he went for rehab. After recovering from the injury, they took him to Australia, where he trained under [former Australia pacer] Glenn McGrath. That grooming and words of motivation from a great like McGrath helped Praful immensely," said Hinge Sr.
