Rising Pune Supergiants batsman Kevin Pietersen suffered a calf injury during their match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Friday. He cricketers had to be carried off the cricket field immediately.
The England cricketer recently posted a picture thanking everyone for their support on his Facebook page.
He also went on to post a disheartening post before that with him sitting in a wheelchair with strapping on his right calf.
Pietersen could be ruled out of the the remaining of the Indian Premier League.
