Mithali tops ICC one-day chart

India women's skipper Mithali Raj is back on top of the ICC ODI rankings for batswomen following her brilliant show in the recent series against England. She scored 251 runs in five one-day internationals with England prevailing 3-2


Mithali's return to the top has displaced ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year 2011, Stafanie Taylor of the West Indies. England captain, Charlotte Edwards slipped to the sixth spot after her disappointing series with the bat.u00a0

Harmanpreet Kaur of India, the second most prolific scorer in the series, is now ranked seventh, her highest ranking so far.
