India pacer Akash Deep tied the knot with Akshita Raj in a grand wedding ceremony held at a five-star hotel in Varanasi, UP, recently.

Deep shared a few glimpses of the special day with his eight lakh followers on Instagram and captioned the post: "Ready to play the longest and most beautiful innings together. I know with you as my partner, every day will feel like a win. Here's to our forever team."

Speaking about the wedding ceremony, Deep wrote on social media: "This beautiful wedding felt more like documenting two legends walking out for their forever innings. No retakes, just timing, trust and team spirit."

Deep, 29, has played 10 Tests for India, picking up 28 wickets. He played a stellar role in India's 336-run win over England in the second Test last year, finishing with match figures of 10-187. He even scored a crucial 66 as nightwatchman, helping India win the fifth Test too.
