After concluding with ODI series, Team India and South Africa will lock horns against each other for the five-match T20I series
Ahead of the series, Team India's star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is falling short of just 140 runs to achieve the feat of completing 2000 runs in the shortest format of the game
With the ball, the right-hander requires just two wickets to complete his tally of 100 T20I wickets for the "Men in Blue"
So far, having played 120 T20I matches for Team India, Pandya has accumulated 1860 runs, with a top score of an unbeaten 71 runs. The 32-year-old all-rounder has also claimed 98 wickets, with best bowling figures of four wickets for 16 runs
The first T20I match between Team India and South Africa is scheduled to be played on December 9 at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack
