Football: A much-needed holiday for Arsenal's Declan Rice

Arsenal star Declan Rice has had to shoulder a tremendous workload over the last one year, starting 69 games for club and country. So it's not surprising to see him jet off for a vacation with friends and family in order to recharge his batteries ahead of the English Premier League season, which begins on August 21.

The midfielder Instagrammed this picture of him chilling on a yacht to his 7.4mn followers. Interestingly, Rice played for England at the recent World Cup despite a hamstring injury. Despite his best effort, though, he could not help England win the tournament, as they lost 1-2 to Argentina in the semi-final.
