England forward Eberechi Eze hailed his Arsenal teammate Bukayo Saka's ability, believing he could be the key to unlocking a stubborn Panama defence during their FIFA Group âL' encounter on Saturday.
Star-studded England come into the game on the back of a 0-0 draw against Ghana, where they were left frustrated by the opponent's defensive tactics. They'll likely face a similar challenge against Panama, but Eze reckons Saka, who is yet to start a match in this tournament, could be the difference maker for the Three Lions this time around.
"He [Saka] is incredibly talented and a special player. His level of understanding of the game is insane. He's a player who makes the right decision a lot of the time, and he's so effective, so efficient," said Eze.
