Chelsea's English Premier League title hopes suffered another blow as Hull City continued their stunning start to the season, holding Xabi Alonso's Blues to a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Mohamed Belloumi was the hero of the day for newly-promoted Hull, who are yet to lose a top-flight game this season, netting twice (28th and 34th min).

Morgan Rogers (7th min) had given Chelsea an early lead before Belloumi's brace. In-form striker Joao Pedro then spared the Blues's blushes by netting in the 66th minute.

Chelsea had lost their previous EPL fixture 1-2 to defending champions Arsenal.

Alonso's side are now in fourth place, with seven points from four games (two wins, one loss and one draw).

Meanwhile, Hull sit in third place with eight points from their first four games (two wins and two draws).
