City looked to be in control at halftime, with Doku giving them the lead in the 43rd minute with a curling shot from the edge of the box.
However, the second half saw Everton come alive, with the hosts scoring three goals in just 14 minutes.
Erling Haaland pulled one back in the 83rd minute to make it 3-2 for City with just a few minutes to play
Jeremy Doku had the final say as he netted a stunning long-range strike in the 97th minute to rescue a point for the visitors.
The result leaves Manchester City in second place in the Premier League, but they now trail Arsenal by a significant margin with just 3 games to play.
