Prithvi Shaw followed up his record-breaking 546 in his team's opening Harris Shield tie against St Francis D'Assisi recently with an impressive 188 on Day One of Rizvi Springfield's second inter-school U-16 Elite Division encounter against Hansraj Morarji (Andheri) yesterday.


There were four more centurions on the day - Harendra Yadav 132 not out (Anjuman-I-Islam, Urdu), Parvez Khan 106 (Anjuman-I-Islam Allana, English), Yash Joshi 122 (Shardashram English) and Fatima High School's Rehan Shaikh 163 (Plate Division).

Prithvi, who played a Kanga League ‘A' Division match at Cross Maidan on Sunday, scored a 192-ball 188 yesterday to help Rizvi post 375-6 at end of the first day's play. u00a0
