If there is one place where the fans want to be at Wimbledon (apart from the stands, of course), it is Aorangi Pavilion where the stars and lesser names train

The enthusiasm of fans entering the arena as soon as the gates are opened at 10.30 am is a sight to behold. The spectators have a good view of the intense practice sessions that witness verbal encouragement from the tennis lovers.u00a0

Things probably get better after the training sessions when the spectators get a chance to request a player for an autograph or to pose for a photograph. The players are less tense during these times and if you are lucky, you may even see their humourous side.

Racquet stringing is another activity witnessed at Aorangi Pavilion. The area has over 15 specialists, who are hard at work till late at night. Their task is a tough one because racquets have to be delivered at a specific time. u00a0
