Sunny Thakur and Neel Shelar scored for Milan, while Ethan Rosario scored for Shelar.
In an earlier match, Maryland Utd beat Shelar FC 3-1. Johnson Mathews scored a brace (9th and 14th minutes), while Calvin Pereira added one (41st minute) for Maryland. Nihar Mhaske pulled one goal back for Shelar FC.
