Yet another Spygate scandal has hit Formula One, as Force India has accused Caterham of copying intellectual property relating to the aerodynamic design of their 2010 car.


Yet another Spygate scandal has hit Formula One, as Force India has accused Caterham of copying intellectual property relating to the aerodynamic design of their 2010 car.

QPR owner Tony Fernandes' Caterham team face a huge fine or even booted out of the sport if the accusations are proved.

Rival team Marussia are concerned that Caterham gained an unfair advantage when they both entered Formula One that year.
