India hammer Chile 7-0 in the Hockey Junior World Cup

Hosts India opened their Hockey Junior World Cup campaign with a resounding 7-0 win over Chile here on Friday.

Rosan Kujur, Dilraj Singh both netted twice each, while Ajeet Yadav, Rohit, and Ekka Anmol also got onto the scoresheet for India.

Apart from the first quarter, the Indian attackers found the net with ease throughout the match. Earlier in the day, Belgium beat Namibia 12-1.
