Chilavert, who excelled as a goalkeeper for the South Americans and scored quite a few goals himself, claims the Italians 'have got very long in the tooth'.
"The Italians are tired and haven't been taking care of themselves," he quipped as the Cup-holders got ready to face his countrymen in their opening Group F clash.
