New Delhi: Anirban Lahiri will make his second appearance at the Presidents Cup after International captain Nick Price sprung a surprise by selecting the Indian as one of his two wildcard picks for the September 28-October 1 event at Liberty National in New Jersey.
Speaking from Florida, Lahiri said, "A few days back towards the end of the Dell Technologies Championship, where I did not do well, I was winding down my season and planning 2-3 weeks rest. It has suddenly changed. Apart from the Memorial, where I was second, the CIMB where I was third and few others, I had generally played below my potential and felt the season had not gone well, though I kept my card comfortably."
