Sandeep back in national squad

Drag-flick expert Sandeep Singh made a comeback to the 18-man squad announced yesterday for the FIH World League Round 3 (semi-finals) to be played at Rotterdam on June 13-23


Forward Shivendra Singh also found a spot in the side to be captained by Sardar Singh.

The team will leave for Rotterdam on June 5 with their opening match scheduled against Ireland on June 13.

India is placed in Pool B with hosts Netherlands, New Zealand and Ireland while Australia, Spain, Belgium and a fourth team (to be known on Sunday) are placed in Pool A.u00a0
