Serena Williams, 44, has always prided herself on her fitness and recently revealed her daily diet, which helps her stay in top shape at an age when most athletes have long retired.
In an interview with People magazine, Williams said: "I'm not a breakfast person. My first meal is around lunchtime. I'll start with protein, have something lighter before I train, and then have a more substantial meal afterwards to recover. Dinner is just more about sitting down together as a family."
Elaborating on her meals, she added: "I want real ingredients, plenty of protein and lots of colour on the plate. So, I have salmon, vegetables, and other things that are satisfying and give me the energy I need."
