India badminton star PV Sindhu recently celebrated her 31st birthday (on July 5) surrounded by her family, with one important member missing though.
The two-time Olympic medallist shared a series of pictures on social media from her birthday lunch before revealing that she missed husband Venkata Datta Sai (probably away on work). "Feeling incredibly grateful as I celebrate another year surrounded by my family. A beautiful lunch, with lots of love, laughter and moments I'll always cherish. The only thing that could have made today complete is having my husband by my side. Missing you a little extra today and counting down the days until we're together again," Sindhu wrote to her 3.9 million Insta followers.
Sindhu and Venkata tied the knot at a grand ceremony in Udaipur in December 2024.
