Katerina Siniakova and Taylor Townsend rallied to beat Ashlyn Krueger and Robin Montgomery for the US Open women's doubles title on Friday, completing a career doubles Grand Slam.
The top seeds hadn't dropped a set through their first four matches, and after a tense opening frame against Krueger and Montgomery - the 2021 girls' doubles champions - they pulled away relentlessly to win 5-7, 6-0, 6-2
