St Peter’s Cup: Wilma Kanan's brace boosts Warriors

Warriors FC scored an emphatic 4-0 win over NBCs ‘A' in a women's seniors match of the St Peter's Cup hockey tournament at the St Stanislaus High School ground, Bandra, recently.

Wima Kanan netted a fine brace while Akshaya Shett and Ariya Dibey added one goal each. In a women's elite encounter, Central Railway beat Republicans Orange 2-0 with Khushi Kataria and Sujata Kujur netting a goal each. In a men's elite match, Arjun Gupta scored the winner as Union Bank beat Coorg XI 1-0.
