Sydney: A torrid last season did not leave tennis queen Eugenie Bouchard depressed. In fact, the Canadian ace hit the beach, vacationed at exotic locations and also found time to hang out with American actor Dwayne Johnson as the former World No 5 made most of her free time.
Yesterday, Bouchard, ranked 49 in the world currently, posted a series of pictures from her travels in the off-season.
Bouchard posted a picture alongside a friend in matching bikinis with the caption: '#twinning (sorry for 2 bikini pics in a row).'
The 2014 Wimbledon finalist captioned another picture, "running from the storm" with a shot of her on the beach. Bouchard had a difficult last season with first-round exits at the French Open and Wimbledon.
She turned the corner at the US Open in September, reaching the fourth round in New York.
Bouchard, however, had to withdraw before her contest with eventual finalist Roberta Vinci due to concussion, an injury she suffered after slipping and falling in the locker room.
