1 What Does Loss Taste Like? Chef Thomas Zacharias and The Locavore
Set in the year 2100, this multi-sensory installation imagines a future where familiar ingredients and flavours slowly disappear from our tables and memories as a result of climate collapse, cultural amnesia, and technological takeover

2 The Culinary Odyssey of Goa, curated by Odette Mascarenhas
The project features tastings from five traditional kitchens, including Hindu artisans, Muslim descendants (Bijapur dynasty), Gaud Saraswat Brahmins, Indo-Luso influences, and Christian descendants, each offering a distinct culinary identity shaped by spice and history.

3 Poems on the Move 2.0, curated by Thukral & Tagra with Salil Chaturvedi
An experience which turns everyday cab rides into moments of wonder. Live poetry readings and immersive recitations within moving shuttles weave verse into the fabric of daily life.

4 OTTAM: Born to Run, curated by Mahesh Dattani
This theatrical piece traces the life of Akai Amaran, a Paraiyar girl from rural Tamil Nadu, who battles caste and class barriers to become one of India's leading track and field athletes as an 800m runner. Her arduously created world collapses when she is asked to undertake a gender test, which she fails.

5 Stepwells: Poetry in Craft, curated by Anjana Somany
This spatial installation reimagines Rajasthan and Gujarat's stepwells as vessels reserving not just water but memory, resilience and ritual through film, textile, scent, sound, and gesture, created in collaboration with designers and artisans.
