2020 has kind of been a good year for Amit Sadh. His work in Breathe: Into the Shadows, Avrodh: The Siege Within, Shakuntala Devi and Operation Parindey have been widely appreciated. Talking about his journey and life he is seen in a candid conversation with Filmfare Digital Editor, Rahul Gangwani in the latest episode of Filmfare Spotlight.

His tough cop act in Breathe was lauded by one and all. When asked about his co-star in the show Abhishek Bachchan, Amit Sadh says, "I am trained as an actor to love and respect all my co-actors, because I am nothing without them. Having said that- some co-actors make it easier to love them. That compliment goes for Abhishek. It is easy to love him and work with him. Although, he is my senior but it was really great to work with him. Though our characters had complexities we couldn't have so much fun on the sets but he is a great guy!"

Sadh also reminisces about Sushant Singh Rajput, his Kai Po Che co-star, and how a recent incident, brought all those memories of him. Sharing that fateful incident he says, "My recent flight from Kullu to Mumbai, the sequence number on my ticket was 'SSR'. I just couldn't get and I realised that only I had to get this."

For the unversed, last month, Amit, who will next be seen in the web series, Zidd, was training rigorously for the project in Manali. From push-ups to pull-ups, Amit was been engaged in intense workout in Manali, where he was shooting for the show. Directed by Vishal Manglorkar, the series also stars Amrita Puri.

In the interview, Amit also chimes in the chaos that followed Sushant's death stating, "I think the industry has changed post Coronavirus and is also affected by his death. I hope we are affected by it. Because if we are not affected by it, we are not human beings and if we aren’t humans then we shouldn't be telling stories about humans."

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away in June this year. Amit had taken to Instagram to mourn the death of the actor, with a rather different message. Take a look:
