Austin: Formula One's commercial ringmaster Bernie Ecclestone warned that the sport's financial crisis could reduce the grid to 14 cars in 2015.

After the withdrawal of both the Caterham and Marussia teams for this weekend’s United States Grand Prix, the grid for tomorrow’s 56-lap race at the Circuit of the Americas has been cut to 18, the smallest in a decade.
