The state government has extended the deadline for the fourth round of admissions to class 11 till tomorrow, as many students could not reach colleges yesterday due to the traffic congestion caused by Maratha rally.
Maharashtra Education Minister Vinod Tawde made the announcement in the Legislative Assembly.

"The fourth round of admissions for class 11 is going on. The deadline for this round was today, but many students could not reach colleges due to the Maratha Morcha," Tawde said.
"So we have decided to extend the deadline by one day," he said.
