Eat-a-whey is the latest entrant in the paleo/gluten-free craze that promises to keep you healthy, trim and sweet-happy

The motivation behind Chawla’s enterprise has been guilt whenever she wished to sate her sweet cravings. Deciding thus, the baker who also has a nutrition course from American College of Sports Medicine, resorted to almond flour, coconut flour and almond milk to make guilt-free desserts.

Pick from items like Whey Protein Cheesecake (Rs 1,000), Double Chocolate Protein Loaf (Rs 900), Almond Milk (Rs 180, 480 ml/bottle) and Date and Orange Bars (Rs 500 for 12 mini bars) to cheat that weighing scale and keep an accurate count on calories — a detail that Chawla dares not miss.
