It’s best to ignore it. There is no point thinking about what you saw and trying to tell your parents anything. You felt embarrassed and so did they. So just forget the entire episode. Next time it is better that when you enter the room, call out or knock if the doors is closed before you enter their room. You are 14 and I am sure you know about the birds and bees and how babies are born. So stop pondering about it.u00a0
