The workshop will have a tasting session of the dishes demonstrated at the venue. It will be an informal evening with a blend of live demonstration of Italian recipes with many tips, and a tasting.”

While talking about the Indianisation of Italian food, he pointed out, “As an Italian chef, I am not in favour of this Indianised taste. My guest should know the real Italian taste of pasta, meats and pizzas.

Usually, Indians love pasta well done and crispy pizza. They love pasta in pink sauce, this is not Italian style. It would be easy for me to make Indianised Italian food but it is not the real deal,” he says. It promises to be an interesting session where he will demonstrate authentic Italian recipes.
