Meet the stars
>> Five-time Mr Olympia American body builder, Phillip Heath, will be at the expo for a special Q&A session where he will talk about his career, being Mr Olympia, love for body building and perhaps a few fitness tips to get you started.
ON: January 8, 12.30 pm; January 9, 3 pm and January 10, 12.30 pm

>> Representing India at the expo will be body builder and Mr World Gold medallist, Sham Singh Shera who will be at the venue for a special guest pose.
On: January 8, 9 and 10, 11.30 am

The bartender makes flavoured vapshots, to be launched on January 13, at Lower Parel's Hoppipola.

>> Also present at the expo will be current Mr Universe, Calum Von Moger, who will talk about his journey to the title, and staying fit.
On: January 8 and 9, 1 pm; January 10, 4 pm

>> What is a fitness expo without a few workshops that introduce you to the latest trends in fitness? Aarti Pandey will present special sessions on Folk Fitness, a group workout routine inspired by Indian Folk Culture at the venue.
On: January 8, 4.30 pm to 5 pm, January 9, 2 pm to 2.30 pm, and January 10, 3 pm to 3.15 pm

>> Join a live workout session with South African body builder John Lucas, also known as the Gentle Giant.

>> Challenge yourself to a session on kettlebell with Parag Mhetre. Learn how to prep for bodybuilding competitions by participating in a special challenge by Cedric McMillan and Zsuzsanna Toldi.
