M.S. Dhir of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was Friday elected speaker of the Delhi assembly
Dhir's election came a day after Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal proved his majority in the 70-member house with the backing of the Congress, the Janata Dal-United and an independent.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government garnered 37 votes to win a crucial trust vote yesterday.
