Neil Nitin Mukesh, who recently announced his impending fatherhood, is all set to join the bandwagon of actor-turned-producers with his maiden production company titled NNM Films.

Neil will turn into a producer while his younger brother Naman as will be the director of the yet-untitled movie.

His maiden production company will produce the film along with Madan Paliwal. The company will specialise not only in film production, but will also dabble in endorsements, events, advertisements, commercials, and design.

Shedding light on the foray, Neil said,"In the business of entertainment there are no creative boundaries. I have created an identity for myself as an actor but I'm also known as a musician, director, and writer. Film-making entails multiple layers and facets which is very appealing to me since I've always believed in not being typecast. Our long-term vision is to cater to diversity through cutting-edge content".

"Naman and I have been working on the script of the maiden project since the past 2 years and the whole venture is as valued to him as it is to me," he added.

Meanwhile, the 36-year-old also took to his Twitter handle and uploaded a clipping of a newspaper to announce the news. He also wrote, "Extremely excited to announce that my brother @NamanNMukesh will be making his debut as a Director. Mr.Madan Paliwal of @mirajgroup and our home production @NnmFilms come together to Produce and Create this film. Wish us luck. "

While Neil worked with Yash Raj Films as an assistant director prior to his foray in mainstream cinema, Naman has trained with Abbas Mastan, Bejoy Nambiar, Eros for over six years.

The actor will be next seen in Saaho with Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, and Arun Vijay, Firrkie and Sai Srinivas Bellamkonda's untitled film.
