An incident at a city pub goes on to prove the point. Two UK-based NRI girls, who are in town to train as Nurses at the St. Stephen's Hospital, had gone to a Connaught Place pub on Wednesday night.

They had come outside with their drinks and on their way to their car in the parking. But before they could there, three boys stopped them. They were in an inebriated condition and started molesting the two girls.
