The 16-year-old youngster won 21-14 15-21 21-13 in a keenly-contested match. Sindhu had earlier shocked world No 22 Juan Gu of Singapore in the opening match to create a flutter. The Indian now faces world No 19 and second seed Netherlands' Jie Yao in the summit clash. Sindhu trains under Pullela Gopichand.
