After the sky-rocketing career of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra post debuting from Karan Johar's 'Student of The Year', curiosity for the star-cast to the film's sequel has always remained at its peak. Though Karan has confirmed Tiger Shroff as one of the students in 'Student of The Year 2', speculations about the leading lady have been going on for a while now. Several new faces have been popped up with Chunky Panday's daughter, Ananya Panday topping the charts.

However, a Mumbai Mirror report says that 'Student of The Year 2' will have a role reversal. It will have not one but two leading ladies and one man - Tiger Shroff. The report says that the beautiful Ananya Panday, 19, has been finalised for the Punit Malhotra directorial.

Apparently, Tara Sutaria is dating late veteran actor Vinod Mehra's son, Rohan Mehra.

Earlier, there were rumours of Miss World, Manushi Chillar being roped in as the second lead but Karan himself quashed this rumour. The film is all set to hit the screens on November 23, 2018.
