Artistaloud.com releases its collaboration with Indian and International musicians in a bid to 'spread the message. Not the virus' on the occasion of world AIDS day
Music knows no boundaries, and Artistaloud's latest single on World AIDS Day is testimony to that. The venture has provided 10 virtually unknown musicians from Australia, America, Bangladesh and India with a platform to jam together for a social cause.

"None of the artistes have met each other, but that has not stopped them from getting in sync with each other's sound," says Soumini Paul, general manager, artistaloud.com.
The musicians are winners of the contest organised by artistaloud.com in September of this year that provided contestants the chance to be featured in a song to commemorate World AIDS Day.
Soumini reveals that the collaboration across continents would have been a Herculean task had it not been for her team of artistes and sound engineer Tejasvi Rao.
Siddhartha Chattopadhyay worked on the melody of the song, while Urban Indipop artiste Nishant Mudgal rapped for it, and Chandra Haas Uniyal from Hindi Rock Band NAAD set the bridge and harmony for the song. The others provided vocals.
The song speaks of keeping a positive mindset and letting love work miracles in your life. The fusion song features both Hindi and English lyrics.
Speaking about his experience working with artistes he has never met, Natraj Kudupu of Bangalore-based Hindi Rock band, Vinapra, says, "The World AIDS Day song is special, because it addresses a global health concern.
Technology connects people from around the globe. The track was conceptualised and executed, using technology to create a new sound that reflects the musical talents of a varied group, speaking different languages, but spreading one message of love and hope."
Nishant adds, "What started as just a thought has evolved into an amazing journey; a journey where music has surpassed all boundaries, and found its voice in the World AIDS Day project. I take immense pride in being part of this collaboration, and more so for a cause that needs every possible means of awareness."
