The video also features Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor, her actress-friend Swara Bhaskar, celebrity photographer-producer Atul Kasbekar and make-up artist Namrata Soni.

On Wednesday afternoon, Sonam took to Instagram to share a photo and wrote, "I'm waiting to announce something special guys! I know I've been getting feed back about how I've disappeared and have been acting mental! But there's something amazing I'm going to announce today!! #cantwait #itsasurprise #sonamsurprise."

After keeping her fans guessing, Sonam posted a video on her Facebook page on Wednesday evening.
