Snehil Yadav is a full-time video content creator and luxury realtor. Born and brought up in Lucknow, Snehil wanted to break the cycle of government jobs running in his family, one generation after another, and wanted to become a businessman right from his teenage days. After graduating in Commerce, he knew it was time to start working and enter the real world.



He researched a bit, and started by introducing Virtual reality in real estate. He imported a VR Camera from London, bought a VR headset and other necessary equipments, and approached the developers in Lucknow to gain business. The idea was to shoot sample apartments and villas in VR so that the clients can get a 360-degree view of the properties sitting in their homes, however, he realised the futility of VR in the realty segment.


After winding up his first venture, Snehil started with conventional real estate brokerage. He started cracking deals and moved to higher ticket segment sales and leasing. Soon he realised the far more scope in commercial leasing and his communication skills can be better utilised to help big brands expand to Lucknow. He began leasing and helped companies like BYJU’s, CARS24, Circle App, Anytime Fitness and many others to get their corporate or retail spaces.

Snehil was doing great in brand leasing and had several big-shot companies in his pipeline when Covid - 19 struck. Seeing the piping time, he decided to shift to Pune as the city was still doing remarkably well. With the gusto in the face of adversities, he took his car, and drove away. He started there, bought packages of online listing portals & hence began listing the properties, however, wasn’t much appealed by cold calls. These online listing portals were forwarding the same leads to multiple brokers and hence, quality of leads was deteriorating.

He knew it was time to do something unique. He took some inspiration from the West, like Ryan Serhant and others who were creating video content. He hired a cinematographer, video editor & host, only to find that the host ghosted him on the shoot day. Without having any hope, he decided to be a host himself. Once a camera-shy person, who even refrained from using his own picture on Facebook profile picture, Snehil shut his brain which would tell him that he did not look presentable on camera & focussed on the fact that he is going to look exactly the way he is - nothing less, nothing more, he started getting immense love & support from people which gained him popularity, but the real motivation came when he started generating quality leads via his YouTube videos. He even started closing deals which kept him moving forward. He went viral & did not even realise that he had fallen in love with the camera which was just the very beginning of a life-long affair. He even took over Instagram with username @snehil_realestate garnering over 128K massive followers! Life took a 180-degree turn when renowned developers started approaching him to market their properties as they knew he had become a real estate influencer. Soon, brand deals started pouring in.

Snehil knows that generating quality leads will never be a difficult task again as people approach him due to the faith, they have in him. He plans to showcase the luxury properties of not just Pune & Mumbai but of entire India and abroad. He wants to break that taboo which surrounds real estate due to which we never hear parents telling their kids to opt for real estate as a promising career. He looks forward to imparting the knowledge that he has gained through trial & error so that people can learn through his guidance and make a mark in the real estate industry.
